We are pleased to announce that DodgeBRAWL, our annual charity dodgeball tournament is back for a SIXTH year in 2025. DodgeBRAWL is a little friendly competition that can help change the future for our students!
There are two ways to participate:
- Be a sponsor. We are looking for the following sponsors:
Presenting Sponsor: We are honored to have Food City returning as our Presenting Sponsor for 2025!- Court Sponsors: Two sponsorships available! Our courts will feature your business name and logo and will be announced repeatedly during the tournament
- Cheering Section Sponsors: Two sponsorships are available. Sponsor our Cheering Sections and receive lots of exposure at the event
- DodgeBRAWL Sponsor: Your business and logo featured on our website and at the event

- Captain a team. Pull together a team of like-minded friends or colleagues who would love to have some fun and friendly competition on the dodgeball court, all while raising funds for a great cause.
- Entry Fees
- For businesses: $800 team entry fee (tax deductible)
- For students age 18 and up: $300 team entry fee.
- For community groups: $100 per player up to 6 players, additional players are $75.
- Each team is comprised of 6 fearless players on the court, with a maximum of 10 registered players.
- Each team member receives a DodgeBRAWL sports towel.
- Teams will play at least 4 games, and more if they advance to the championship bracket.

EVENT LOCATION
DodgeBRAWL will be held at the Memorial Park Community Center at 510 Bert Street in Johnson City on Saturday, March 1, 2025. Parking is available at the facility and the event will be held in the gymnasium.
We strongly encourage friends, family and fans to attend the event! Admission for spectators is a donation of only $5 per person, or a maximum of $10 per family.
Please be at the venue promptly by 9:30am so we can check in all teams!

12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch Break and Setup for Final Round
1:00pm – 1:45pm Semi-Finals and Final Round
1:45pm – 2:00pm Wrap-up and Awards
TEAM PREPARATION
- Please send your team nickname and team song (to play when you’re introduced) to info@jeremiahschool.com. Because we are a family friendly event, team names and songs will need to be appropriate and will be reviewed.
- Please share the rules, schedule and event info with your team. Make sure all players understand the rules (we’ll also review them prior to the tournament). Download official rules here.
- In the spirit of dodgeball, we encourage wacky dress to fit your team’s name, theme, or just the personality of your group.
- All players must complete a waiver (available here) prior to participating. For your convenience, waiver forms will also be available at check-in, but we encourage all players to complete waivers online prior to the event day.
- Each team will need 6 players on the court. You may have extra players, up to 10 players total.
- We kindly ask that all entry fees be paid prior to participating (thank you!).
FOOD AND DRINKS
- Don’t worry about bringing any food! For all players, we will provide (at no cost):
- Water
- Lunch featuring Subway sandwiches and chips and cookies
- For players and guests and attendees, we will be selling pizza, and drinks (cash only, please):
GET A LIFE TOKENS
Players can purchase “Get a Life” tokens for a donation of $25 each. Get a Life allows players to re-enter a game when they have been eliminated. Tokens can be purchased upon team registration or prior to tournament play on game day. There is a limit of 8 tokens per team, and they must be used in the group play rounds. Tokens may not be used in semi-final or final matches. On tournament day, cash or credit cards are accepted for purchasing Get a Life tokens.
NEW! GET A WRENCH
New for 2025, teams now have the opportunity to buy a ‘wrench’ to use to remove an opposing player for an entire game. Wrenches are $100 and limited to one per team. Wrenches can be used 2 times. Wrenches may only be used in the group play rounds and not in semi-final or final matches.
